#21. Olivier Jollet

Olivier Jollet is the Executive Vice President and International General Manager for Pluto TV at Paramount. Over the years, he has played a crucial role in expanding the FAST (Free Ad-supported Streaming Television) business outside the US. Under Jollet’s pioneering leadership, Pluto TV, now celebrating its 10th anniversary, has become the world’s leading FAST service. It boasts a presence on four continents, operates in over 35 markets, and reaches millions of global viewers with more than 2,500 channels, all driven by impressive international growth led by Jollet.

Previously, Jollet served as Senior Vice President of Strategy & Business Development, where he was responsible for expanding Paramount’s international streaming and mobile business units. He used his extensive expertise in market and competitive analysis to shape the company’s strategy for the continued growth of Paramount+ and Pluto TV.

Jollet has been a true pioneer in the streaming industry since the beginning of his career. He co-founded Watchever, a subscription-based VOD service in Germany, and held various roles at Vivendi Group and Universal Music. Additionally, he co-founded Quazer, a unique digital TV-like service funded by ProsiebenSat.1, which was later acquired by Pluto TV.

#22. Anna Mallett

Anna Mallett joined Netflix in April 2021 as Vice President, Production, leading the company’s production function across the UK and EMEA.

Her teams support every element of the production process, from Production Management, Post, VFX and Music to Production Technology and Production Safety.

Prior to joining Netflix, Mallett was Chief Executive Officer of ITN and before that Chief Operating Officer and Managing Director, Production at BBC Studios.

This year she will be chairing the Royal Television Society London Convention on behalf of Netflix. She has an MBA from Harvard and a DPhil from Oxford.

#23. Graham Haigh

EVP Global Business Development & Digital Distribution

As EVP, Global Digital Partnerships, Graham Haigh leads ITV Studios’ global Direct to Consumer and digital content strategies, as well as seeking out innovative new business opportunities for its 90,000 hour catalogue of programming, the second largest of its kind in the world.

He and his team interface with partners such as Samsung, Google, Meta, Amazon, Pluto and TikTok to create content and product offerings in the social, FAST and AVOD/SVOD space which reach fans of ITV Studios high quality and diverse scripted and non-scripted programming, wherever they are and on whichever platform they are watching.

With over 15 years of experience in the TV sector, prior to joining ITV Studios Haigh was Director, Commercial Development at Disney where he created an optimised EMEA sales strategy and was responsible for negotiating regional sales activity with key clients such as Amazon, Netflix, Sky and HBO. Before this he held the role of Director, Branded Services and Digital Distribution, EMEA for eight years, working across the Marvel, LucasFilm, ABC Studios, Pixar and Disney Animation brands.

#24. Kasia Jablonska

Director of Digital and On-Demand EMEA

Kasia Jablonska is a senior industry executive with over 20 years experience in content monetization, commercial and editorial strategies, and has collaborated with leading media companies, online and cloud-based service providers.

Starting her journey at NatGeo/Fox, Jablonska served as Regional Director, overseeing P&L for Fox channels in CEE. She then progressed her career with roles at NBC Universal, A+E Networks, Scripps/Discovery and Endemol Shine Group before joining BBC Studios, where she currently operates in EMEA markets. Jablonska spearheaded the digital monetization strategy for production studios’ catalogues, driving a transition from single to multi-screen exploitation for pay TV providers.

As the Director of Digital and On-Demand for EMEA at BBC Studios, Jablonska is responsible for developing, executing, and bolstering strategic plans aimed at expanding digital revenue streams, innovating new digital products, and optimising audience engagement on various digital platforms across EMEA.

#25. Kate Dean

Kate Dean is one of the UK’s most experienced streaming and Direct to Consumer industry leaders.

She began her career by designing, launching and operating an EMMY award-winning children’s SVOD service for HomeChoice, the UK’s first pioneering DTC platform.

In her subsequent role as General Manager of Content with BT Group, she helped transform the organisation from an incumbent telco to quad-play operator by creating the content strategy for their TV market launch and overseeing the group’s content operation.

Building on this digital transformation skillset, Dean went on to develop next-gen global content propositions for organisations including The Modern Times Group (MTG), WB Discovery and most recently Universal Pictures Content Group where she oversaw management of two talent-led DTC SVOD propositions.

#26. Georgia Brown

As former Head of Amazon Studios in Europe, Georgia Brown established and scaled the business across seven local production hubs commissioning movies and television for the UK, Germany, Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands and Scandinavia. She commissioned some of Prime Videos biggest global hits including Clarkson’s Farm, 007 Road to a Million, The Devils Hour, The Rig, LOL, All or Nothing and some of the highest travelling non English language scripted originals – Culpa Mia, Medellin, and Maxton Hall – The World Between Us which in May achieved the largest first week global viewership for any International Original in Prime Video history.

Dedicated to accelerating change and social impact, Brown established the Prime Video Craft Academy and mandated stepping up schemes across all Originals.

In 2021, as Advisory Chair, she made the Edinburgh TV Festival the first global festival to provide live captioning and a BSL interpreter across every session. Working with Jack Thorne she put Disability front and centre, resulting in The TV Access Project in 2023.

As voluntary Chair of the UK Skills Task Force, she convened the major broadcasters, streamers, studios, unions, membership bodies, screen agencies and skills organisations for the first time to deliver ‘Sustainable Skills for the Future’, a framework to enable the UK industry to realise its full growth potential over the next decade.

#27. Tom Graham

Tom Graham is CEO and co-founder of Metaphysic, the leading generative Al platform for photorealistic content at internet scale. The company was recently recognized as one of the TIME100 Most Influential Companies of 2023 and named among Fast Company’s Most Innovative Companies of 2024 in Applied AI.

Graham has deep expertise in software, web3 and Al and previously founded analytics and machine learning companies, Heavy.ai and Codec.

Formerly a lawyer, he cares deeply about questions of ethics, fundamental rights and individual empowerment as we create content universes and build industries with generative Al.

#28. Rob Pilgrim

Head of Sport & Primetime Channels, EMEA

At YouTube, Rob Pilgrim has emerged as a key figure in the premium content space across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Previously leading YouTube’s Sports division, Pilgrim expanded his role in 2022 to spearhead the launch of Primetime Channels, a rapidly growing product that empowers broadcasters and studios to leverage YouTube’s vast reach to acquire new paid subscribers. This venture positions YouTube as a significant player in the premium TV landscape.

He prioritises fostering strong partnerships with EMEA media companies – working to tailor the YouTube product over time to cater to regional needs – and champions collaboration, strengthening ties for YouTube with the TV & Film industries.

A vocal advocate for innovative solutions that address the evolving demands of entertainment consumers, Pilgrim ‘s well-attended industry talks are known for their insightful content, attracting large and engaged audiences (including at our own OTT Question Time event!).

Pilgrim is one of the youngest recognised on our list at just 35 years old. His dedication to democratising access extends beyond his core duties; he firmly believes in the power of digital media to educate and empower underprivileged audiences, and its potential to positively impact social mobility.

#29. Pat Byrden

VP, Business Development & Strategy

Patrick Byrden leads TiVo’s Business Development and Strategy function in EMEA focused around its Media Platforms and Pay TV solutions such as TiVo OS, TiVo for Broadband and Content Discovery.

Over the last year, he has seen been instrumental in bringing TiVo’s independent media platform to smart TVs across Europe, through an ecosystem of OEM, retailer and content partnerships. In the UK, this has culminated with Bush delivering Powered by TiVo smart TVs with EveryoneTV’s new Freely platform on Argos’s house brand, with additional offerings from Panasonic, Sharp and Skyworth to follow.

Prior to Xperi, Byrden held positions at BBC Worldwide, Red Bee Media and Ericsson.

#30. Sarah Gaudszun

Senior Commercial Director, EMEA

As Senior Commercial Director, Sarah Gaudszun manages existing business relationships in EMEA, focusing on developing strategic initiatives to grow clients’ advertising businesses and, ultimately, revenue.

In her role, Gaudszun is further driving business development efforts for SpringServe whilst securing new relationships with media owners within the streaming TV ecosystem, such as broadcasters, OEMs, distributors and FAST streaming services.

With over twelve years of experience in the advertising and tech industry, Gaudszun previously worked for Axel Springer managing their international digital and programmatic expansion. Following this role, she joined SpotX and subsequently Magnite where she was responsible for the growth of the video and CTV business across EMEA.

Overall, Gaudszun is an accomplished digital sales professional offering expertise in generating significant company growth through new business generation and strategic partnerships. Her substantial experience in programmatic advertising spans all digital media channels including mobile, desktop, audio and OTT/CTV.

Gaudszun is a solution-driven industry expert, critical thinker with commercial focus and a thought leader within the streaming TV environment. She speaks regularly at conferences and client events, sharing her views on the market and educating the industry on the latest technical advancements and how to navigate them.
